Account and Data Deletion
TEVEKKUL — ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
Effective date: 28 August 2026
You may delete your Tevekkul account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is irreversible.
METHOD 1 — DELETE FROM WITHIN THE APP (RECOMMENDED)
- Open the Tevekkul app.
- Tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the Today tab.
- Go to the "Account" section.
- Tap "Delete my account".
- Read the warning and confirm.
Your account and all of your data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.
METHOD 2 — REQUEST BY EMAIL
If you cannot access the App, send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" to support@tevekkul.app. You must send it from the address registered to your account.
We complete such requests within thirty (30) days at the latest.
DATA THAT IS DELETED
Account deletion permanently removes all of the following:
- Your account details (email address, name)
- Your profile record
- Your app settings (location, calculation method, theme, language, notification preferences)
- All tasks you have created
- Your prayer tracking records
- Your dhikr sessions
- Supplications you have saved
DATA THAT IS RETAINED
Records that we are legally required to keep (invoice and payment records, if any) are retained for the period required by applicable law. These records are not used for any purpose and are destroyed at the end of that period.
ABOUT YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel it separately in your App Store account settings: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Tevekkul > Cancel Subscription
USE WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
If you use the App without an account, your data is tied only to the anonymous session on that device. If you remove the App from your device or sign out from the Settings section, that data becomes inaccessible.
